Warranty Specialist

We are looking for a "Warranty Specialist" for our well-known global partner.

Responsibilities ;

• Following suppliers warranty procedures properly and implementing at dealers
• Managing dealer warranty claims and submitting to Suppliers (OEM) on time
• Following supplier claim status
• Preparing data for invoicing from dealers and to suppliers.
• Making claim analysis to follow major quality issues
• Monthly reports for claim payments / reimbursement and top parts
• Doing dealer warranty audits digital or at the place to check processes
• Managing core value return parts delivery timely.
• Following legal requirements for warranty operation timely

Qualifications ;

• Min 2 years experience on warranty administration
• University degree
• Min B2 level English
• Advanced level usage of office programs. ( Excel should be advanced level )
