Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Marketing and Business Engineering
Min. 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with experience in the food industry and warehouse management
Strong personnel and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Field force management experience
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Customer and solution-oriented
Must Lives on the European Side of Istanbul

Job Description

Manage e-commerce operations and make sustainable development plans
Take corrective actions from an operational perspective when necessary
Produce effective solutions to operational problems
Provide all reports, KPI reports, etc. required by management
Motivate, inspire and encourage the field team to achieve business results and customer satisfaction
Coordinate the field team to execute planned actions in line with strategic plans, decide on priorities
Participate in process development activities
Manage a team and be a good team player
