Senior specialist Maintenance (Mechanical)

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Maintenance (Mechanical) who will join the team at WAT Motor - Production & Supplier Development.
• Leading and developing the mechanical maintenance/utilities team,
• To comply with occupational health and safety regulations and rules, to ensure that the personnel working under them,
• Reviewing expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance activities,
• To follow the budgets of the department, to plan and manage business plans accordingly and to ensure efficient use of resources,
• Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects,
• To manage daily mechanically maintenance activities for production machine and equipment and improve and evaluate maintenance KPI’s (MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance Cost..),
• To follow the changes and innovations in the sector, Training maintenance personnel to meet requirements,
• To follow up energy consumption data and support reporting ,taking action with the energy team when necessary,
• Working with Production Engineering Department for the investment projects,
• Providing technical support to investment projects related with production equipment, auxiliary facilities, building and infrastructure,
• Supervising the circulation of parts and materials required for maintenance and repair, supplying missing materials,
• Ensuring that the departments and employees under its responsibility are in compliance with Global, legal and internal evaluation programs such as ISO45001,ISO 50001 , ISO 14001, ISO 9001,
• Being a part of new product projects, and capacity increase projects,
• Making cooperation with other Agile Teams.

The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.

How do we describe the perfect match?
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance,
• Hydraulics and pneumatic system knowledge is a must,
• Energy manager sertificate is a plus,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications,
• Good knowledge of Autocad Application,
• Having knowledge about machine equipment safety,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
