We are looking for a Strategic Media Planning Expert for our client which is one of successful company in banking sector.
Qualifications;
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, business administration, engineering and/or other relevant fields
+5 years of digital marketing experience (experience/affinity in a media agency or banking industry in digital marketing is a plus)
Experience in building digital media strategy, campaign management, reporting
Deep understanding of all digital channels, including paid, organic, performance and programmatic marketing.
Highly analytical, passionate to data mining, having a data-driven problem-solving mindset, paying attention to details.
Eager to learn new tools, technologies and trends to increase effectiveness.
Proactivity and eager to build new business cases
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Good level of presentation skills
Good command of MS Office programs especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish
Good at communication, coordination, teamwork and time management.
Responsibilities;
Designing ING Turkey’s digital media strategy according to the brand guideliness and business objectives
Responsible from all digital media activities as a full funnel approach with multi player teams; Included strategy, planning, operation, optimization and reporting.
Developing mid and long-term campaign strategies, roadmaps and tactics in order to achieve brand and business goals
Delegating the agency for media planning, buying operations and reporting; managing the agency relations
Being a partner and relationship developer for Marketing Communication Team and Media Agency
Actively following up campaign performances and optimizing them regularly to increase marketing effectiveness
Creating reports of all campaigns, analyzing the results and presenting them with action points.
Tracking the KPI’s ensuring that they are reached to improve business results.
Informing product groups, and c-levels about ongoing campaigns and specific&tailored ads and their performances
Conducting Weekly- Monthly Campaign reviews with agency, media&marcom team and internal stakeholders to evaluate the results and find key points to improve results
Managing relations with third parties, communicating with vendors and new potential partners to find out best performing media platforms for ING Turkey
Creating synergy between owned & paid media strategies in order to maximize effectiveness to deliver excellent media products and thinking
Driving innovations, A/B testing executions and best practice implementations with related business units to create a data driven decision making culture
Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies, communication tactics and ensuring the brand is ahead of industry developments
Evaluating and analyzing the customer research, market conditions and competitor data to shape plans and processes.
