Credit Allocation Assistant Vice President

We are looking for a Credit Allocation Assistant Vice President for our client which is one of successful company in banking sector.

Qualifications;

Bachelors degree (Economics, Business Administration and Engineering majors are prefferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in MC & SME segments credit risk and minimum 5 years of cumulative banking experience
Ability to perform financial analysis of companies’ IFRS and or TR GAAP financials.
Understanding of different sectors / industries dynamics; key aspects of regulatory frameworks; assessment of customer competitive position within its industry,
Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish
Strong at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, multi-tasking and result oriented personality; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and possess professional work ethic with high levels of integrity, transparency and honesty
Excellent command of MS office programs especially MS Excel and Power Point

Responsibilites;

Assessing credit limit proposals and/or transaction-based requests in line with credit policies / procedures and providing advice to the relevant credit mandate holder or decision maker
Conducting credit risk management responsibilities including monitoring early warning signals of the portfolio; advising/taking credit actions regarding credit developments
Following-up all transactions until the end of the limit allocation stage and the signatory process for credit proposals
Providing Credit Risk trainings to related employees when required
Preparing periodic reports required for the follow-up of the loan portfolio, informing related people for taking action
Compiling Watch List meeting packs, attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes
Participating in client visits
Contributing to projects for the development of credit processes
