Senior Coordinator

We are looking for a "Senior Coordinator" for a leading service sector client that we provide consulting services to.

Managing and supervising the marketing processes at the food and beverage and merchandise sales points in the park by implementing company policies, procedures and standards; to make the necessary plans by considering the satisfaction of the visitors in order to provide more profit margin for the company, to process teammates,

Responsibilities

Develops and implements new sales points that meet customer needs, whether demand-oriented or demand-creating,
Prepares market studies for food and beverage products and commercial products to stay within the relevant parameters, requests the necessary promotional campaigns,
Prepares monthly inventory with the support of Coordinators and Supervisors to determine the current product stock in sales points,
Compares and inspects daily sales numbers in all sales points to ensure that the income obtained through direct sales is the same as that determined in the inventory,
Ensures that the equipment used is in good condition and supervises its use and maintenance,
Responsible for training and motivating on activity methods and service techniques, as well as managing the maintenance and repair processes of all park and office equipment in order to ensure that the park's operation is carried out without interruption and in a healthy way, and organizing maintenance plans accordingly.

Requirements And Skills

Associate or undergraduate degree
Minimum 6 years of experience in the food industry
Good communication skills
Preferably with rental and sales experience
