Plant Manager

We are looking for a "Plant Manager" for our client, one of the well-known and successful companies in the manufacturing industry.

Qualificiations:
Graduate of Chemical,Electrical or Mechanical Engineering departments,
At least 10 years of experience in the field,
Knowledgeable in technical processes, maintenance-repair and engineering management,
Following technological developments and producing innovative solutions,
Good knowledge of English,
High leadership skills, experienced in team management and collaboration,
Developed strategic thinking and problem solving skills,
Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety processes.

Responsibilities:
To manage the maintenance, repair and project activities of auxiliary enterprises,
Conducting feasibility studies for new facility and machinery investments,
Developing strategies on energy consumption and efficiency,
Creating and monitoring the annual maintenance and investment budget,
Contributing to company profitability by developing cost-reducing projects,
Supporting the development of team members by defining goals,
To ensure a working order in accordance with occupational health, safety and environmental rules,
Managing departmental training and development programs,
To prepare and follow up maintenance and operation plans of production processes,
Optimizing technical material inventory management,
To work in accordance with occupational safety, quality and environmental management requirements.
