Let's rocket ahead our IT & Communications #Team! We are looking for a tech-interested associate for our IT & Communications team. This position will enable you to deepen your technology-law-related knowledge while using it in multidisciplinary practices.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in law, LL.M. degree is preferred.
· 1-4 years of experience in IT & communications law, especially in data protection, e-commerce, media & entertainment, payment systems, cyber security as well as corporate law.
· Good social and interpersonal skills including the ability to handle the Firm’s clients, and team working with different responsibilities.
· Good at analytical thinking and multi-functional.
· High organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
· Excellent command of English

Job Description:
· Conducting data protection and e-commerce compliance projects.
· Preparing and/or revising all kinds of legal documents regarding data protection and/or e-commerce and other tech-related compliance projects (data privacy statements, explicit consent texts, policies and procedures, data protection agreements, distance sale agreements, commercial communication contents, license applications)
· Advising Clients regarding data protection and/or e-commerce matters considering their business models and.
· Advising Clients and our team members from different departments regarding their daily questions on data protection and/or e-commerce.
· Drafting and reviewing agreements
· Preparing legal opinions on data protection and/or e-commerce
· Responding to data subject requests
· Preparing Due Diligence reports in M&A Projects within the scope of the tech-law related, data protection, and/or e-commerce matters.
